Revision Policy

Hexa Book Publishing offers revisions according to the package selected by the customer. We provide unlimited revisions at no extra cost as long as the original theme and layout are maintained. The typical turnaround time for revisions is 48-72 hours.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time for most services is 48-72 hours. Please note that this is not the total time required to complete a project, but rather the time taken for each development stage. Revisions may take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the service.
For instance:

  • Orders or revisions placed on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Orders or revisions placed on a Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

At Hexa Book Publishing, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, our refund policy is outlined below:


1. Book Publishing Services
  • Pre-Publication Refunds: If the publishing process has not yet commenced (i.e., manuscript preparation, formatting, cover design, etc.), clients may request a full refund within 7 business days of payment.
  • Post-Publication Refunds: Once the publishing process has started (such as editing, design, or production), refunds will not be issued, as services are already in progress. If the client chooses to discontinue, they may be charged for the work completed up to that point.
  • Refund Request: Any refund request must be made in writing and include clear reasoning for the request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

2. Book Ghostwriting Services
  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% is required before beginning the ghostwriting process. This deposit covers preliminary planning, research, and initial writing work.
  • Work in Progress: If the client decides to discontinue the project after significant work has been completed, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, deducting the amount for work already performed. If the client is dissatisfied with the work, they must notify us within the first two drafts to resolve any issues before the refund policy is considered.
  • Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery. A refund will be evaluated based on work delivered up to that point and the extent of completion of the manuscript.

3. Book Marketing Services
  • Refund Eligibility: Due to the custom nature of marketing services, such as advertising campaigns, social media management, and promotional strategies, we do not offer refunds once services are initiated. All efforts will be made to align with your marketing goals, but the results may vary depending on external factors such as audience engagement.
  • Cancellations: If the client wishes to discontinue marketing services before execution, a refund may be considered for any unused portion of the payment. Any costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Request: Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of service initiation. Marketing services are typically ongoing, and refunds will be evaluated based on the scope of work completed at the time of cancellation.

General Terms
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to client satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied with any service at any stage, we encourage you to communicate with us. We will make every effort to address any issues or concerns to reach a satisfactory resolution.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Any services or products that have been provided, such as printed materials, fully published books, or custom marketing materials, are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds may not be offered in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events outside of our control.

Hexa Book Publishing provides basic technical support related to the services purchased. Detailed training or installation support for third-party services is not included.
